How to Sanitize Face Mask
You can wear it easily as it will include at least of 3 layers depending on your cloth size. While, as directed by health experts homemade face mask should be of 2 layers minimum. So, proudly wear it whenever go out for groceries shopping.
Do remember to sanitize your homemade face mask regularly. As, it is made of up cloth you can wash it with disinfectant such as Dettol, Betadine, etc available at your home to kills bacteria.

Government: Facemask compulsory in India before Going Out
There are many strict actions taken by Indian states so far to control the outbreak. Police and officials are struggling to make people understand the benefits of lockdown and taking steps to make them follow the rules. Recently, there are important announcements to make mask for COVID-19 compulsory for all such as Union ministry of health’s advisory asking people to cover their nose and mouth with a “handmade reusable face cover ” whenever they step out of their homes. Uttar Pradesh Additional Chief Secretary Awasthi announced “Wearing of masks has been made compulsory in the state. The can be legal action also for not wearing masks,” .
Arvind Kejriwal tweeted “Wearing of facial masks can reduce the spread of coronavirus. Therefore, it has been decided that facial masks will be compulsory for anyone stepping out of their house. Cloth mask shall be eligible too”. The Union Territory of Chandigarh Advisor Manoj Parida said “We have made it mandatory for people in Chandigarh to wear masks or cloth on their face from Wednesday.” Odisha government said “The general public is directed to cover their mouth and nos with any mask while stepping out of house for any purpose. The handkerchief or any other piece of cloth with at least two layers can also be used for the purpose”.
