Skoda Auto Volkswagen India (VW) is launching the new VW T-Roc in India today. The vehicle will be offered with a 1.5L TSI BS6 Compliant Petrol engine mated to a 7-Speed Automatic DSC gearbox and will be imported in India as a completely built unit (CBU).
Like a typical VW vehicle, the new T-Roc will have plenty of straight lines and sharp creases lines. Some of the highlights of the new vehicle include a quite familiar VW grille, split LED tail lamps, LED Projector Lamps, a Panaromic sunroof and dual zone climate control. The vehicle was showcased at Auto Expo 2020. Volkswagen has also launched the Tiguan All Space in India on 6th March and it seems a busy year for Volkswagen ahead.
Talking about the safety, the new T-Roc will have six airbags, ABS with EBD, Rear Parking sensors with Rear camera, TPMS and park system control.
The cabin of the new Volkswagen T-Roc will be fully loaded with premium features like leather seats, a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Car Play and Android Auto, Keyless entry start/stop, dual zone AC and a Panaromic sunroof.
The vehicle will be 4229 mm long, 1831 mm wide and 1573 tall. The vehicle is expected to be launched at a price of Rs. 20 Lakhs ex-showroom. The vehicle will compete with the New Skoda Karoq and the Jeep compass.
